Join us at Mee So Sydney for a one-day-only Japanese Ramen Masterclass hosted by Head Chef Dennis.

Start with an Izakaya-style plate and Kirin beer, then get hands-on with broth, noodles and toppings before building your own bowl with your choice of chicken or tonkotsu broth.
