🦀 1. Soft Shell Crab Yellow Curry
Rich, fragrant and packed with flavour. The creamy yellow curry has just the right amount of spice, while the crispy soft shell crab adds an amazing crunchy texture to every bite.

🐟 2. Tuna Tartare with Sesame Chips
Fresh, silky tuna paired with crisp sesame chips for the perfect contrast in texture. Light, refreshing and beautifully balanced, it‘s the ideal way to start the meal.

🥭 3. Mango Sorbet with Raspberry Crumbs
A simple dessert done exceptionally well. The sweet mango sorbet paired with tangy raspberry crumbs creates a refreshing finish that cleanses the palate perfectly.
