The Fox Hole is a small bar in Sydney's The Rocks. We are open Tuesday - Sunday. Midday to late. The Fox Hole is a hideaway in Sydney's C*D.

A place to meet friends and colleagues, have a business meeting or enjoy gin, w**e and b**r into the wee hours. We love sharing stories through our experiences including our flagship gin experience "Explore Gin" which we have shared with thousands of people across Australia. We're proud that our customers have called us "the best experience of 2020".

Our next Discovery Dinner arrives Friday 19th & Saturday 20th June - a five stop gin journey built around native ingredients, bold flavours, and some of Australia’s most interesting distillers.

Across the evening, each course is paired with a different Australian gin, exploring everything from bright citrus and coastal botanicals to richer, savoury and spice-led styles.

Think shared tables, delicious pours, and a hosted dinner party that takes gin considerably more seriously than we take ourselves.

Mad Hatter’s Gin & Tea Party arrives at The Fox Hole from 23 May - 14 June.

Things get curiouser on weekends during Vivid.

For a limited time, our signature Gin & Tea experience takes a delightfully peculiar turn, with exclusive gin cocktail teapots, playful new additions from the kitchen, and just enough Wonderland-inspired absurdity to make the afternoon feel slightly off - in the best possible way.

Expect curious details, a few surprises, and long afternoons that tend to escalate beautifully.
