To make a cocktail for is to make something that travels the world under the Australian flag. We don’t take that lightly.
Since 2022, our Eucalyptus Gimlet has welcomed guests aboard Qantas First Class. When the time came for a cocktail that was theirs alone, we looked closer to home — native botanicals, an Australian hand on the Negroni, built to be poured at altitude.
The Australian Jasmine Negroni now opens the Aperitivo list on the international First Class menu. And this week, it was awarded gold in the Signature Drink category at the Cellars in the Sky Awards, hosted by Business Traveller, the most respected beverage awards in aviation.
There are few greater compliments than having your drink greet the world aboard our country’s airline — and fewer still than being recognised for it on an international stage 🍸✈️
