Congratulations to Smart Pup Gee Gee on her Graduation!

Today we celebrate Smart Pup Gee Gee as she officially graduates as a trained assistance dog, ready to begin her next chapter supporting a 13-year-old boy and his family.

Throughout her training, Gee Gee has developed important skills including tracking and her gentle “Boop” task, preparing her to provide support, reassurance and companionship to her future young boy.

A heartfelt thank you to Brisbane Racing Club and The Gibson for sponsoring Gee Gee throughout her journey. We were so pleased to have Eve and Jemma from Brisbane Racing Club join us to celebrate this special milestone.

And a very special thank you to her foster family, Anna, for the love, care and dedication they have given Gee Gee along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to Mark and Kate of Happy Fundraising, Bec and Andrea of Yard Works, Tex of Eumundi Voice, Colin of Gallagher, Bronte and Micaelar of Belle Property Maroochydore, and Kayla of Petzyo for sharing in Smart Pup GeeGee's graduation celebration with us.

We are so proud of you, Smart Pup Gee Gee! We can't wait to see the beautiful bond you build with your young boy.

It has been a special month for Smart Pup Gee Gee as she enters the final stages of training before meeting her new family in October!

She’s been fine-tuning her obedience, public access skills and assistance tasks, including another successful airport training session where she remained calm, focused and confident despite the busy surroundings.

Gee Gee also enjoyed a special Smart Pups photo shoot and a lovely final visit to The Gibson, soaking up plenty of cuddles and affection along the way.

We’re incredibly proud of how far this gorgeous girl has come and can’t wait to see her begin this exciting new chapter.

A heartfelt thank you to Brisbane Racing Club and The Gibson for supporting Gee Gee throughout her training journey and helping prepare her for a future where she can make a life-changing difference.
