Located at 64 Thomas Street, Grange, Quincy’s is the newest bar and cafe to hit the Grange. Designed and constructed by local architecture firm Base Architecture, the venue draws inspiration from world-renowned Los Angeles architect from the 1930’s, Archibald Quincy Jones.

Join us for a 90-minute Espresso Martini Masterclass where you’ll learn the fundamentals behind one of the world’s most iconic cocktails. During the session you’ll make two espresso martinis — a classic and your own twist — while learning the techniques, balance and flavour combinations that make a great espresso martini. All guided by our amazing bar lead!

Quincy’s will be operating on reduced hours on Mondays and Tuesdays during the school holidays due to the quieter periods. Wednesdays to Sundays will be our usual opening hours. Thanks so much for your understanding — we’ll be back to our usual hours as soon as school is back!
