Today is Chris’ last day in the bar at Brutus.

Chris has been an essential part of the team over the last few years, bringing passion and energy to the bar in every shift worked, cocktail shaken and amaro poured.

We hate to see him go, but we couldn’t be any more proud of him and we wish him all the best in his new role as QLD Brand Ambassador for Diageo.

1. Coco Loco - White Rum, Campari, Coconut Liquer, Dom Benedictine, Coco Lopez, Pineapple & Lime juice. A fusion of the two fantastic classic cocktails, the Jungle Bird and the Pina Colada. Tiki, Outlandish and Summery. Yum!
2. Holy Cannoli - White Chocolate, White Vermouth, Liquor 43, Vodka and Biscoff. Biscuity, Velvety and Luscious. Our latest dessert style cocktail which still remains light and vibrant for anytime of the day this summer.
