Five years ago this month, a young SHC school leaver walked through our doors looking for a job. Fast forward to today, and he’s gone from Glassy to Duty Manager, becoming a valued member of the HWY team!

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with him, but now he’s off to chase his career dream. We’re sad to see him go but couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come!

Good luck with the next chapter, Adam! We’ll miss you x

Chef Tam’s been cooking up a storm, and these specials are too good to keep to ourselves!

Lamb Ragu Gnocchi: Slow-roasted lamb shoulder, sugo, pancetta and pangrattato. Comfort food with a serious upgrade!

200g Beef Fillet: Potato gratin, porcini and mushroom butter, broccolini and baby carrots. A little bit fancy, a whole lot delicious!

How about dinner tonight, before Tam changes things up again 😘
