In this menu we wanted to highlight that a bar is more than its four walls. It takes a community of passionate makers and doers to create that golden moment where good food, good drink, and good company align. REMIX: BANOFFEE SPECIAL

The wh**ky was swapped to one with deeper banana notes. Dark sugar replaced white. The banana peels we were initially discarding were made into a rich oleo instead.
