World Ch*****ne Day returned last Friday, this time with Melbourne's sparkling lights as our backdrop in the West Tower Suite. At the heart of the evening was the Trilogy of Pommery Apanage 1874, with Inge Fransen, CEO of Vranken-Pommery Australia, sharing the stories, heritage and nuances behind each expression. Executive Chef John Savage brought another layer to the experience, from delicate seafood pairings to a decadent Bombe Alaska finale.

An evening of exceptional pours and the simple pleasure of good company.
