We always welcome walk-ins with a warm and friendly smile, but we do advise making a booking in advance whilst we are operating at reduced capacity due to COVID-19. Bookings for up to 10 guests can be made on our website. Please contact us via phone or email to make larger group bookings. Our Roxy’s Feast share menu is available for groups of 4+ and required for groups of 8+. Head to our website to view our menus. Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. Any cancellations within 24 hours will attract a fee of $50 per person. A 10% service charge applies on Sundays & public holidays. A 10% discretionary staff gratuity applies to groups of 8 or more.

Chucked a few ripe cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion and basil in a tray, sloshed in a heap of olive oil, and some lemon rind. Covered with foil and left over night in the oven on super low temp.
With the prawn shells and heads I made a prawn stock and a prawn butter. Cooked the shells gently for a couple of hours with mirepoix, tom paste, white wine and lashings of salted butter.
Reduced the cherry tomato sauce, added the reduced prawn stock, sautéed prawns, threw in some pasta, basil, lemon juice and massaged it all with some prawn butter.
Threw a bit of shaved fennel on top for some sharpness, pangrattato for some crunch and a little spritz of lemon olive oil. Was good. Like really blood good.

A little lunch for 50 guests I did last weekend for one of my favourite clients, who always welcomes myself and my team into their beautiful home with such authentic warmth, and generosity.
Soooo much wonderful feedback. The pork belly was the crowd favourite.

Flat White Cafe in Woollahra was an institution, and many of the amazing relationships I have today were forged over meals I’ve created. Just one of the many messages of support we have received over the last few weeks, and it warms my heart to read each and every one of them. I’m working hard in the back-round to secure a new home for Roxys.
Double Bay is an amazing little community, and we hope that when we do find new lodgings, you will all come and support us. I’ve always said, that I believe Roxy’s is a brand that can transcend location, and demographic and when we do secure a site it will be BIGGER, BETTER, and BOLDER.
