On Thursday 20 August, we’re bringing that feeling to bibo as we celebrate the w**es and flavours of Tuscany with one very special dinner.
Join us for an intimate four-course meal, thoughtfully paired with ten exceptional w**es from some of Tuscany’s most celebrated producers. Together with several of Australia’s leading w**e importers, we’ll journey through the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, the renowned vineyards of Montalcino, and the sun-soaked Tuscan coastline—discovering the incredible diversity of one of Italy’s most iconic w**e regions.
Expect beautiful w**es from producers including Fontodi, Querciabella, Talenti and more, paired with a menu inspired by the honest, generous flavours of Tuscany.
And because no great bottle should be left behind, every w**e poured throughout the evening will be available to purchase at exclusive event-only pricing, so you can take a little piece of Tuscany home with you.
