A little behind the scenes with the Blacky family 🥺

This week we got the team together for a very important day of training… and by training, I mean making and tasting our way through the new Cocktail and Spritz menu, sampling some delicious dishes from our new Summer Menu, and learning a thing or two along the way!

We also heard from our head chef, Vic, who gave us the rundown on the new dishes and everything there is to know about our Grillhouse steaks 🫡

Safe to say, the team is well and truly ready for summer… and I can personally confirm there are some VERY good things coming your way 😉

Our NEW SUMMER MENU launches this Tuesday, October 27 🌞

Here’s a little peek at what we’ve been up to. After all, the Blacky family wouldn’t be complete without you 🫶

Yours truely, James - the Blacky’s social media guy, doing my best to keep it human in a world full of AI content!

See you at the Blacky x
