What is Latteria?????

LOCALS ONLY IS BACK.

First week of the month, we hand over our kitchen to a chef we love. One night, one kitchen takeover, one chance to celebrate the talent we have right here in South Australia.

The idea is simple. Get a chef out of their own kitchen and let them cook the food they’d make at home for their friends and family. The food that tells their story. No restaurant rules. No compromises. Just good food, good people and a night that won’t happen twice.

This time, we’re taking you to Hong Kong with a fantastic trio: Chef An and Chris from Fugazzi, alongside Patrick from Mount Lofty House.

And of course, our Latteria bartenders will be matching the night with cocktails of their own, Latteria-style. Every booking includes a welcome drink on arrival.

The venue opens at 4pm, with bookings for Locals Only from 6pm.

Three talents. One kitchen. One special night.

These ones go fast, so don’t sleep on it.

The wait is over.

Tomorrow, we’re celebrating Adelaide’s bar community through the drink that brings us all together.

From 5pm, our back bar becomes a rotating takeover. Every 30 minutes, two different bars step behind it to pour their own take on the Negroni. Then they hand it over to the next two.

It’s not a competition. It’s a chance to see the people behind Adelaide’s best bars all in one room…a pretty rare thing.

If you came to the last two, you already know what it feels like.

We’re only taking limited bookings for 5pm. After that, it’s all walk-ins. Come early, settle in, stay as long as you like.

Kitchen open till late.

One drink. One night. One community.

ONE NIGHT. ONE DRINK. ONE COMMUNITY.

This Sunday, we bring Adelaide’s bar community together at Latteria for our third Negroni Party.

And this year, 20 of Adelaide’s best bars are joining us.

From 5pm, two bars will take over the Latteria bar every 30 minutes, each bringing their own Negroni twist. Then two more. And two more. All the way until close.

Twenty bars. Twenty different Negronis. One night.

Stuzzichini will be coming out until late to soak up your Negroni belly, records will be spinning until we close the doors, and there’ll be plenty of good people behind and in front of the bar.

As always, we’ll be supporting Hutt Street Centre, with a donation made for every Negroni sold throughout the night.

Walk-ins only, come early.
