🥃 Whisky of the Week: Redbreast Lustau Edition

Irish tradition, with a Spanish twist. Finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from Bodegas Lustau, this single pot still whiskey is rich with layers of dried fruit, toasted nuts, marzipan and warming baking spice.

Rich, smooth and seriously moreish. The kind of whiskey that makes one pour feel like a very good idea.
