Requirements:

* Experience dialing in espresso and calibrating grinders
* Ability to consistently prepare quality coffee
* Friendly, customer-focused attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Passion for coffee and great service
