A heartfelt thank you to all our fantastic guests, Nick and David, André, Puglia Cheese, Vinotria. and our wonderful team for a fabulous afternoon filled with joy, love and laughter. 💛

Located just a few metres from The Wine Hive, The Hive Studio truly lives up to its name. By day, it is a boutique filled with art and crafts, décor, wine accessories and so much more. By evening, it transforms into an exclusive venue for The Wine Hive’s themed events and private functions. 🐝🍷

We celebrated the opening with our legendary pizzas, live burrata-making, great music, beautiful wines and even better friends. 🍕🎶

Husband and wife winemaker team, Chris and Andrea Mullineux, set out in 2007 with a shared vision to create authentic Swartland wines that reflect the distinct terroir of the region while embracing reasoned, sustainable farming practices and modern minimalist winemaking.
Their commitment to quality and their deep respect for the environment and their employees have earned them acclaim both nationally and internationally, and has led to Mullineux being awarded South African Winery of the Year an unprecedented five times by the highly respected Platter’s Guide.

At The Winemaker’s Table is a new Paarl Wine Route’s dinner series created to bring winemakers, restaurants and those that are wine curious around the same local table in Paarl.
The first edition takes place on Thursday, 3rd September at The Hive Studio on Main Road in Paarl.
For this opening dinner, Jorrie from Steilpad, Xander from Brookdale and Janco from Anco Wines will come together to share their wines with guests, alongside a menu created especially for the evening by The Wine Hive.This series is built on collaboration. It gives guests the chance to meet the people behind the wines, experience the stories firsthand from the cellar and become involved with Paarl wines alongside the local restaurants and spaces that continue to support the region.
Date: 03 September, Time: 5.30pm for 6.00pm sharp!
