Monday nights are looking a lot better with Scions of Sinai on the table.

Led by Bernhard Bredell, Scions of Sinai is all about old vines, dry-farmed bush vines and wines that speak clearly of the Lower Helderberg. It’s thoughtful stuff, but this won’t feel like homework.

Join us for a relaxed masterclass featuring 7 wines, paired with snacks by Chef Blaine and his team. Bernhard will guide the tasting, share the stories behind the bottles and talk us through the vineyards, the soils and the details that make these wines so special.

A proper start of the week reset for anyone who likes their Monday with a little more flavour, a little more story and a much better glass in hand.

Brookdale is coming to Bree, and this one feels like a very good excuse to make Wednesday night plans.

Based in Paarl, Brookdale has a habit of doing things a little differently, from old vine Chenin to field blends made with varieties you don’t see every day. So yes, there will be good wine, a little surprise in the glass and plenty to talk about around the table.

Chef Blaine is sorting a once-off five-course menu, and Brookdale is bringing the bottles for a proper midweek treat.
