Wine of the week:

Tabula Rasa, which is a Latin phrase that translates to ‘Clean Slate’ describes this range perfectly. Both the Chardonnay and Pinor Noir are an ultimate expression of the terroir: no interventions, influence or dilutions.

This time of year tends to demand smooth medium-to-full bodied wines that are packed with flavours that are well balanced. This robust wine not only delivers on the cherry and berry notes but the beetroot and spearmint is undeniable.

We’ve for Volume 3 of African Delight coming up with weekend with three accomplished wine makers hailing from 🇿🇼:

From 4pm, our kictchen will make sure all your favourite traditional staples are served warm, while the winemakers will be present from 5pm to pour and mingle 🍷🥘🗣️

At 7pm will be spinning vinyls to keep the vibe going all night.

When of invites you on a wine Odyessy of Swartland, you don’t say ‘no’

This time last week, we visited Callie Louw’s new farm then headed to Goldmine Farm with Callie Hefner before enjoying a vertical tasting of Porseleinberg with Eben Meiring.

The day also included an awesome tasting of wines hailing from Pikenierskloof. Namely Holism, Miracle Bush and Sangiro by Rudger Gretchen

To end an already wonderful day, we pulled into for pizza evening and more wine!
