Our latest Chef's Specials are decidedly autumnal: Seared Foie Gras with apple mostarda and toasted brioche, a vibrant Persimmon Salad with yellow beets and candied walnuts, and Rustichella Torchio with tiger shrimp, wild mushrooms, and black truffle ricotta cream sauce.
