Happy Halloween.🎃👻🧟 Last day to vote on the pumpkins.

They're on the rail until close tonight. Pick one, name and contact info on a slip, into the bucket. Get a drink on us, one per person per day

$50 gift card to one voter who picked the winner. Two Wild tickets to whoever carved it.

If all you saw was what we posted yesterday, you haven't seen the lineup.

Also today: Breakfast Bingo at 9, kitchen at 8, $1,000 coverall.

Voting closes at close. Winner announced Sunday.

Costumes encouraged, not required. We remember what some of you wore last year.

Our staff carved pumpkins. You pick the winner. 🫵🎃

They're on the drink rail. Pick a favorite, write your first and last name and contact info on a slip, drop it in the bucket. Every voter gets a drink on us. (1 drink per day)

The $50 gift card gets pulled from whoever picked the winning pumpkin. The staff member who carved it wins two Wild tickets — so your vote is sending somebody's bartender to the glass.

Here's a few of them. One is two eye holes and a Busch Light. We're not disqualifying it.

The rest are on the rail and we're not posting those. Voting closes Halloween night.

Saturdays around here are about to get a lot more meaty🍖🥩.

Starting Saturday, November 7, prime rib is on every Saturday at Little Village Pub. Slow-roasted, carved to order, with a side of au jus and your choice of baked potato, mashed potatoes, or vegetables. Add soup or salad for a little extra.

$29.99.

No drive downtown. No valet. No reservation you made three weeks ago — we don't take those anyway. Just a real prime rib dinner at the same corner you already know, from the same people who already know your order.

Carving starts at 5pm and runs until it's gone — and when it's gone, it's gone. So: come early.

Last Sunday was weird. No Vikings, a quiet couch, and that nagging feeling you forgot something. Bye week’s over, and we’re back.

Here’s the plan: get here early for Bingo, breakfast and Bloody Marys, then stay put for the noon kickoff against Indianapolis. $1.50 off every drink, Coney Dogs for $5, Sloppy Joe and chips for $4, Leinie taps for $4. Grab a square on the football board too, so every quarter gives you something to root for.

Billy spent the bye week “reorganizing” the back room, which mostly meant moving the same boxes twice. Give him a reason to be out front. 🏈🟣💛

Our staff are carving pumpkins next week. We're not showing you yet.

What we can tell you is that it will get competitive fast, and that the people who pour your drinks have strong opinions about whose pumpkin is best. The whole lineup goes up on the drink rail next Monday.

Then it's on you. Walk in, look them over, pick a favorite, write your first and last name on a slip and drop it in the pumpkin. Takes about nine seconds, and we're not going to ask you to do it for free — when you vote you get a FREE drink.

Here's the part worth knowing before you pick. One name gets pulled from the winning pumpkin and walks out with a $50 gift card. And the staff behind the winning pumpkin? Two Minnesota Wild tickets. So you're not just picking a pumpkin. You're sending your bartender/server to the glass.

Pumpkins go up next Monday, October 26. Voting runs through Halloween. We'll crown a winner right after.

No Vikings🚫. No Biggy😁.

Week 6 is the bye, which means your Sunday morning is wide open for the first time since September. Nothing to plan around, nothing to yell at. Just a plate of breakfast and a dauber.

Kitchen's on at 8am. Bingo starts at 9, run by Merrick Charitable Gambling — $1,000 coverall on the board, gift cards, and a few other prizes we'll let you find out about in person.

Same deal Saturday morning, if one isn't enough.

No reservations, so first come, first seated — and the good tables go early. Vikings are back next Sunday against the Colts. This weekend's yours.

Bree Theisen — one of our bartenders since 2020, who followed Billy, Cathy and Terry over from The Village Stadium Sports Bar — was named a finalist for Best Bartender in this year's Best of the Press.

Her reaction when she found out: "I still don't know who nominated me, but it makes you feel good." 😏 (We have a guess. It was probably all of you.)

Next time you're in, buy her a round of applause. Or just tip her. She'd probably prefer the second one. 🍻
