We're making a few changes here at Henceforth.
As we welcome the transition from summer to fall, we're eager to create new experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
What's new?
Our cocktail program will be expanded. You can expect to find a fun new drink, courtesy of our cocktail beverage director, John White, starting with his newest brunch-inspired Velasquez.
Speaking of which,
join us Labor Day weekend, as we re-launch brunch service. Chef Alfredo has been eagerly preparing to wow our weekend guests with his twists on classic dishes, as well as bringing his own specialty offerings to the table.
Brunch will be served every Saturday & Sunday.
As you enter our building, you'll find classy, comfortable retro and vintage decor. Most guests do not realize we are a brewery, as we don't look like your typical brewery. Our head brewer, Ben, is a veteran, master brewer, with decades of experience. He focuses on traditional b**r styles, made to wow even the most seasoned b**r drinker.
This month, you can look forward to the return of his Belgian Dubbel, and welcome upcoming collaboration b**rs with Bear Branch Malt and The Berry Godmother.
Henceforth regulars already know that we are the new home of Paste and Rind. For those who haven't had the pleasure of digging into Kara's meticulously curated selection of fancy cheeses and perfectly paired accoutrements, they're in for a treat. You can look forward to more cheese events and pairing parties this season.
We're bringing in new w**es, thanks to our expert w**e representatives and sommelier partners. B and Kara are even working on a VERY fun themed w**e event this month!
