Well on tap today will be our small batch “Frankenstein” mead made with 2 types of honey plus a staggering 16 different fruits and weighing in at 11.2% ABV; safe to say ALL TREAT, NO TRICKS. Bum news, Ben Powell’s car revolted and he will not be able to make it in for tonight’s performance. Bah! Well, we will carry on and hope that he is able to convince his warhorse to start behaving better. Our apologies. 😔

All hail, hear our call. This week will be another week of cheer and celebration as we will be side by side with: “Geeks w/RPG’s, Turtle Hut Food Truck Michael The Local Spot Ben Powell 🎶🎙 Bam! Bun! and Mead & Magic We will also be serving our small batch of “Frankenstein” mead made with 16 (yes 16!) different fruits and 2 types of honeys on Halloween. So, come dressed to kill and ready to be assaulted by Frankenstein. SKÅL!

As Frankenstein’s Monster was the sum of his parts, so too is our “Frankenstein” mead. I took all of the odds and ends of my fruits and honeys I had on hand, added a lot of electricity (energy) and came up with this ridiculous mead. Did it a large number of years ago and it was disturbingly good, gotta say this one came out “stupid good” as well. Drink at your own peril. On tap this Halloween. BOO!

First, Hooked On Painting will be here for the “Crate Pumpkin” painting event from 2-4pm then as they tag out, in comes the “Odds and Ends Book Club” for their monthly meeting where they are also in the process of taking on new members that share the same passion for reading.
