🍻Each fall, hops reach their peak, bursting with complex flavors & aromas that only happen at harvest time. Northern Hemisphere Harvest captures that just-picked experience by using hops before they’re dried—what we call a wet hop IPA. This year, we plucked Centennial hops straight from the field, rushed them to our kettles, & brewed within hours for an IPA bursting with notes of citrus blossoms, rose, & pine.🍻 Sierra Nevada - NORTHERN HEMISPHERE / Wet Hop IPA is now on tap!
