Meet our next author Katherine Packert Burke!!

Katherine is a graduate of the Clarion Writer’s Workshop in San Diego and the MFA program at the University of Alabama. Her next novel, All Us Saints, is forthcoming from Bloomsbury in May 2026; her first, Still Life, was published in 2024. She lives in Minneapolis, MN and is on Twitter . Katherine is represented by Danielle Bukowski at Sterling Lord Literistic.

Our next author spotlight is Kao Kalia Yang

Kao Kalia Yang (born 1980) is a Hmong American writer and author of The Latehomecomer: A Hmong Family Memoir from Coffee House Press and The Song Poet from Metropolitan Press. Her work has appeared in the Paj Ntaub Voice Hmong literary journal, "Waterstone Review," and other publications. She is a contributing writer to On Being's Public Theology Reimagined blog. Additionally, Yang wrote the lyric documentary, The Place Where We Were Born. Yang currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Meet our next author Joshua Moehling - Author

Joshua Moehling is the USA Today bestselling author of the Ben Packard series. Here comes our next author highlight! Elizabeth Davis!

Elizabeth Davis is a full-time nerd whose interests include cold weather, rainy days, coffee, Minnesota Public Radio, and rom coms where characters’ homes vastly outstrip the income they would get from their jobs. Born and raised in suburban Milwaukee, she now lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two children.

She has published several novels and one day aspires to achieve every romance novelist’s dream: to have her books made into movies people watch while hungover on a Sunday afternoon.

Our next author spotlight is Dane Bahr!

Dane Bahr's debut, The Houseboat, was lauded by The New York Times Book Review, The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Book Review, Kirkus Reviews, Booklist and Publisher's Weekly. It was also a CrimeReads Most Anticipated Book and an Indie Next List Recommendation. His second novel, Stag, released April, 2024. His forthcoming novel, The Dead Ringer, will be published in 2026.

Glenn Miller is our next author spotlight!!

Glenn R. Miller is the author of two novels, Doorman Wanted (Koehler Books, 2024) and Rough Cuts (Koehler Books, September, 2026). He launched his professional career by working on television soap operas and game shows on the back lots of NBC Burbank. He holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and has served as a CBS-affiliate news producer, an executive speechwriter, and creative director at production agencies within the Twin Cities. His published writings range from a regularly featured column in the Minneapolis-based Southwest Journal to the airing of a humor commentary on NPR’s Marketplace. He teaches at Minneapolis’s Loft Literary Center and has served on the boards of local nonprofit publishers Graywolf Press and Coffee House Press and was president of The Friends of the Minneapolis Public Library. He and his wife, Jocelyn Hale, live in Minneapolis and are the proud parents of two grown sons.
