Sunrise trail walk 🥾
Join us September 19th at 7:00 am — rendezvous in front of Gravity Haus for a scenic morning walk on the JHMR trails.

We'll head up onto the slopes with an eye out for local wildlife, alpine plants, and the kind of views that make this valley what it is. Leading the way is Galen Parke — Gravity Haus ambassador and Jackson local — who brings a deep knowledge of the natural world and this landscape to every step.

Beyond a beautiful morning hike, expect a genuine education in the ecosystem right outside our door.

Today, we pause to remember. 🇺🇸

On the anniversary of September 11th, the Gravity Haus Jackson Hole community honors the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the incredible bravery of the first responders who ran toward danger without hesitation.

In the mountains, we are often reminded of the strength found in community, resilience, and standing together. Today, we hold those values close as we reflect on a day that united us all.

May we never forget.

Fridays are officially for flow. Start your weekend with an energizing and rhythmic Vinyasa flow led by Erwin, one of Jackson’s most beloved instructors.

Setting up every single Friday morning on the pool deck at Gravity Haus Jackson Hole, these sessions are designed to wake up the body, build heat, and guide you into a grounded, connected mindset for the weekend ahead. All levels are welcome, and members can expect a thoughtfully paced class with great music, good energy, and a supportive community vibe.

✨ Meet Your Instructor: Erwin
Erwin moved from Colombia to Jackson in 2006, starting his yoga journey to work toward better health. After a life changing workshop in Hawai’i, he discovered a passion for teaching, especially within the Latino community. He brings massive passion, an infectious smile, and amazing tunes to every class. When he is off the mat, you will find him training for marathons, hiking the Tetons, or playing soccer with friends.

When: Fridays throughout the summer (9:00 AM) through September 25th
Where: Gravity Haus Jackson Hole Pool Deck (3345 Village Dr, Teton Village)
Price: Complimentary for members
