☀️ 2025 Ameztoi (Ah-Mehz-twah) ‘Rubentis’ Rose of indigenous Basque-area Spanish red grapes Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza.

>>> This is a slightly fizzy, lower alcohol, crisp wine, with savory and tart red vibes ~ opposite of fruit forward. ‘Basque country’ Spain is a food MECA along the Northern coast, with stand out culture, food, wine and ever their own dialect!

☀️ 2025 Domaine Gueneau ‘Chavignolet’ Rosé of Pinot Noir - Sancerre, Loire, France

>>> Sancerre is ‘known’ for minerally, crisp, Sauvignon blanc, but it’s also known for Pinot noir that tastes like ‘Red Burgundy’. This is a refreshing and crisp ‘light red fruit’ DRY rose! Fairly rare, too! 💅
