This Sunday & Monday!! 🌸 In a true celebration of Spring, Chef Dylan Lee of the Mixed Chef Industries is pulling out all the stops for this two night only pop-up menu! You won’t want to miss this one, trust us.
Sunday, April 26th and Monday, April 27th from 6:00-9:00 PM.
🍽️Starters:
Whipped Goat Cheese | sweet and spicy nuts, rhubarb relish and baguette
Crispy Potato Salad | green herbed aioli, pickled celery, fennel, candied bacon and soft boiled egg
Coconut Curry Carrot Soup | hazelnuts, spring peas, fresh golden beet, pickled green peppercorn
🍲Entrees:
Lamb in the Garden | Lamb chops, roasted root vegetables, mascarpone and spring vegetables
Fish in the Pond | Market fresh white fish, spring greens, mushroom, consume and smoked salt
🍓Dessert:
Strawberry Rhubarb Elderflower Tiramisu
Reservations are now available for groups of any size (but filling quickly!) for Sunday, April 26th and Monday, April 27th (industry friends- looking at you for this one!) after our regular hours and will only feature Chef Dylan’s Á la cart menu alongside our Upwell wine list.
