We just wanted to say thank you to all of you who've reached out in the last day to show your support after the fire on our beloved front door in Fremont.

We'll be demoing what's left of the doorway today and purchasing supplies to rebuild. We hope to get the door mostly rebuilt tomorrow. Mrs. B will be starting on the new design soon! We'll rebuild better than before!

Not sure how a fire started at 4am. Luckily it was put out quick. Everything else is fine. I'll be there tomorrow morning tearing it down and figuring out how to rebuild. Wish me luck. Any carpenter friends out there? Wink wink.

🚨🐝DON'T MISS THIS SATURDAY!🐝🚨

I've been working hard and experimenting with different mediums to create something new to you and me! These are some of the original artworks I'll have for sale this Saturday at our 5 Year Anniversary Party!! .b.creates

About the Art:
Stick Together: 6"x17.5" Acrylic on canvas featuring some banana slug love. Complete with rainbow slime trail!

My 2"x2" Minis: All 2"x2" canvases with various mediums. I played around with using air dry clay and Mod Podge on the Lava monster eye and Bite Me painting. I added some extra sparkle using Extreme Glitter Mod Podge on most of these! The banana slug with the blue background was made with hot glue and acrylic! (I thought they turned out pretty silly and will sell them for cheap to whomever wants this indignant lil guy!)

My 4"x4" Minis: Just a couple silly things for you. Titled A Hot Dog is Worth A Thousand Words and Rainbow Dreams.

I will have all of my prints and stickers available for purchase as well along with a repaint of the Saint GG of the Red Dot Cult painting that is currently on display at the meadery! I'll have a couple clay creatures and repurposed stash jars as well!

Thank you for your support through out our years in Fremont! We're so happy that we can provide a sanctuary for other like minded humans!

🚨🐝SATURDAY IS OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY!!🐝🚨
Come hang out with us! We'll be there from 6-9pm, mayhap a bit later!

Mr. B (Brandon) is super open with his mead making know-how so come pick his brain and learn more about his process. Brandon makes every drop of mead that we serve! Talk to him about custom mead batches for your next event! He also does analogue liquid light shows! (Maybe if you comment enough on this post, I can convince him to bring a projector to show off his skills after dark!!)

Mrs. B (Krista) is the creative force behind Mr. B's Meadery. Krista designed both of our tasting rooms - They painted the murals and built the bar in Fremont and did all of the woodworking and bar re-build out of an old office in South Seattle. She also handles our social media accounts, designs flyers for our events when needed, and organizes 4 free-to-vend art markets a year at our South Seattle location, all while attempting to be an independent artist on the side. This will be their first time EVER tabling and selling their art in a public setting. Come buy a painting or talk to them about a custom commission of your very own! b.creates

📣🚨⚡ 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY ARTIST SPOTLIGHT!!! ⚡🚨📣

Our 5 Year Anniversary Party is approaching!!!! Saturday, July 18th from 6-11 we'll have a community night of celebration, flash tattoos, art, and mead!

Joining us in celebrating is Logan of .weaver ! Logan has vended with us down at our South Seattle location@mrbsmeadcenter but is a long time patron of Mr. B's! We love supporting this amazing artist and you should too!

Here's a little blurb from Logan with more about themselves:
"Hello! I'm ThoughtWeaver, a q***r artist based in Seattle who's been making fractals for 13 years. Have you ever looked at a piece of broccoli and wondered why all the smaller stalks look the same as the largest one or why markings on snail shells seem to cascade in mesmerizing motifs? Fractals are patterns that start large and repeat themselves with smaller and smaller copies forever. I love making expansive unfolding flowers, vast otherworldly spacescapes, and detailed geometric designs! I also creative writing and include a fantasy/sci-fi short story with every piece I make.
