Our current cocktail list highlights lost historically Black communities in the US. Rosewood was a town in the early 1920's in Florida that had a much higher number of Black-owned homes and businesses than the national average. The Rosewood riot, led by a white mob, destroyed the city and lasted almost a full week.

This is the Rosewood cocktail, featuring GO3 vodka, Aperol, St. Germain, Chareau, and lemon that yields a crisp and bright cocktail reflecting the lost lives and potential of the city.

Our buttermilk brined chicken sammie is served 3 ways--Standard Cajun Spiced, Classic Pimento Cheese, or Nashville Hot Chicken (the fan favorite). All feature comeback sauce, b&b pickles, yellow onions, lettuce, and are served on the best Macrina bakery brioche buns.

Join us for a limited seating vodka tasting with Mike Williams, one of the owners of GO3 vodka, and our friends at ANW distributors on Wednesday, October 25th from 5-7pm in SideBar.

General Orders No.3 celebrates and pays homage to the historical moment when emancipation was finally realized for enslaved African Americans held in captivity in the state of Texas on June 19, 1865.

This vodka is made with Texas grown sweet corn, North Carolina grown sweet potatoes, Idaho grown russet potatoes, blended and distilled in Houston, Texas. GO3 vodka is a deliciously unique vodka, made by ten Black colleagues and friends with the mission to foster and support equality and personal rights for all. GO3 pledges 8.65% of proceeds to support HBCU's.

Ticket includes the vodka tasting, a special cocktail featuring GO3 vodka, and snacks from the kitchen.

Name a more American spirit than whiskey. How about Uncle Nearest Whiskey?

We are thrilled to offer all three Bayab gins on our shelves. These gins come from the heart of Kwazulu-Natal in Africa, and focus on the legendary Baobab tree, known as the tree of life, that provides shelter, water, and the Baobab fruit that is used in each of these gins.

Bayab gin sources ingredients from across the African continent, and each flavor of gin is unique and delicious. The Classic Dry is an infusion of Zambian Baobab, Juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon and coarse salt that gives this gin a bold burst of fresh African citrus. The Burnt Orange & Marula is distilled with marula fruit picked from the elephant tree as well as baobab fruit, cinnamon, burnt orange peel, coriander and sea salt. Lastly, the African Rose gin combines the baobab fruit, African rose petals, rose water, coriander, and sea salt, resulting in a slightly sweeter and floral gin that is delicate and lovely.

Our classic cocktails mimic our cooking style--simple done well.

Our Old Fashioned is a perfect example of this, with bourbon, Angostura bitters, orange bitters, sugar, stirred, and garnished with an orange peel. We make it our own by using a house sorghum and maple syrup instead of the classic sugar cube or simple syrup, which yields a unique, not too sweet, depth of flavor that is just delicious.

Ever since Marcus Johnson joined us for Jazz Brunch in May, we can't get enough of his FLO Rosé. FLO, or For the Love Of, represents the journey through which we discover the things in life that fulfill us and make each experience a little better; for the love of life, self, happiness, passion, joy…love itself.

This rosé features barbera and grenache grapes that have been grown on the cool coast of California, creating a bright, floral aroma with balanced acidity. Available by the glass or bottle, this is a perfect summer rosé.
