We are age 21 and over. The Shambles is Seattle’s neighborhood bar and butcher. We believe in local food, fresh beer, and sustainably sourced meat. We are bringing the farm to bar experience to the Seattle community with handcrafted sandwiches made from the finest ingredients available. Classically inspired cocktails and the best beers in the Pacific Northwest are offered alongside a custom butche

r shop with online ordering and in-store pickup. Our in-house butcher allows us to connect with small farmers and provide high end cuts to-go, freshly prepared sausages, and house cured charcuterie. The menu changes with the seasons and reflects our commitment to all things natural, local, and delicious. Shop the select goods in our small market or relax in our cozy bar amongst friends. Restaurants across Seattle are showing support for our fellow MN restaurant owners starting today. To help supplement income for the brave businesses taking part in the economic blackout, seattle restaurants are donating a portion of our proceeds through cash and gift cards purchases to them. Shambles will be donating 10% of sales from today and tomorrow. Thank you Minnesota for continuing the fight and for supporting your citizens when our federal government chooses instead to terrorize them. We stand with you. Special, thanks to for organizing!
