SAVE THE DATE: Wed, May 27 5:30-7:30 pm. Akiko Shiba, from Shiba Wilchern, will be pouring her Willamette Pinot Noirs and Auxerrois next week. $15/ 4 pours. Her German style wines are exquisite terroir expressions of Oregon. Do not miss this!

Joseba Lazkano, 4th generation winemaker from Bodegas Gaintza in Basque Country in Spain. His family winery started in 1932 and was the founding producers of DO Getariako Txakolina in 1989. These are super fun, natural expressions of this region that are not to be missed and Josepa brings the oassion of winemaking!
He will be pouring his Txakokina 24, Rosado 24 and Blanca Riserva 22.
We will have a bonus Naverean Cava for fun!

Chez Phinney is participating in the city wide fundraiser supporting Minnesota restaurants that will be closing for the Nationwide strike.
We WILL BE OPEN Friday, January 30th and donating 10% of our sales in solidarity with these small businesses. We stand with you!

TONIGHT, Wednesday, Dec 10th 5-7:00 pm.
Philip will be pouring Pagos de Tharsys Signature Ceramic collection Cavas + 2 red classics, Argila Merlot and Cab Franc!
We have a Bobal Cava ~regional red grapes that are gently pressed without letting the color transfer and then bottled for second fermentation of 3 years!
Next is Rose Cava~ Garnache grapes that are made traditional method from Maceration, pressing to bottling and 30 month fermentation.
Finally is the Grand Reserve Cava, Chardonnay traditional method with 44 month bottle fermentation. Hand rotated on lees. Truly a treasure and literally rivals Champagne.
