The 30th Phinney Art Walk is THIS weekend!
Friday 6-9:00 pm hosting Madeleine Schroeder~an oil painter based in Seattle. Primarily self-taught, she is inspired by both contemporary art movements and traditional European oil painting. She blends these techniques with a more modern style that edges into surrealism; full of vibrant colors and intricate details.
Saturday 12-5:00 pm hosting local sterling silver artist JulieAnn Kanter ofJAK creations. Made with intention right here in her Phinney studio. Most are forged, hammered and finished with pearls, stones or shells.
Don’t miss this special Phinney Ridge event. Come meet your neighbors, shop local and enjoy some wine & bubs at CP!

Please join us this Thursday, Aug 13th, 5-7:00 pm to meet one of my favorite wine producers, 5th generation, Charlie Gilbert, of Gilbert Cellars, Yakima, WA.
Washington State has launched the Sustainable WA certification, which they are practicing, along with farming organically in vineyards where the microclimates make it possible. Their goal is to have minimal intervention in the vines, tending them for the sake of healthy plants and soil, and to minimize the amount of interaction post-harvest.
Their wines are simply delicious, approachable and affordable!
