With a heavy heart, we have some news to share.
We have made the hard decision to close Martino’s. It’s been a great run here and we are so appreciative of the support and business our community has shown us.
The harsh reality of opening during a pandemic combined with inflation and fluctuations in cost of goods, a tight labor market, plus the struggles all small businesses face with having enough business to balance those issues have become too much to overcome to make remaining open sustainable.
The true purpose of hospitality is to make an experience for your guests. It’s about creating moments and connections with those you’re serving and the staff you employ. We do believe we were successful in that mission.
We are incredibly proud of who we are as a business and love the connections we’ve made with all of you in these last few years. Our staff is a team we couldn’t be more proud of and can’t be more grateful for. And our customers have made running Martino’s an honor. You will be missed once the doors are closed.
Our hope is to remain open through the end of this month and we will keep you updated on our hours and status as staffing and business dictates. There will be opportunities to get a last sando or two!
