FORZA Fat Ox! Fat Ox takes on the Ferrari Challenge North America.

When the pinnacle of Italian dining in Scottsdale hits the track, we do so in style. Fully branded across one of Maranello’s newest thoroughbreds, the Fat Ox x Ferrari 296 driven by Michael Moyes at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, ripped through the third race of the season as part of the Ferrari Challenge North America Coppa Shell-AM series. A sold-out evening at Fat Ox and the third installment of our Four Top dinner series did not disappoint. Chef Matt Carter welcomed longtime friends Chef Rochelle Daniel of Atria, Steven “Chops” Smith of Pretty Penny, and Chef Cory Oppold of Course into our kitchen for five unforgettable courses and a night centered around great food, collaboration, and community.

From cocktails by our Beverage Manager Stevie Raeanne to pastries from Fat Ox’s own Lisa Galf tucked into to-go bags, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The evening ended with a signature dessert bar from legendary Valley baker Tammie Coe Cakes, the perfect finish to an incredible night shared around our table.
