We’re honored to announce that Fat Ox has received Wine Spectator’s 2026 Best of Award of Excellence! 🍷 Thank you, and , for this incredible, consecutive recognition.

Our wine program has grown into a standout experience, earning Wine Spectator honors since 2021 and continuing to maintain this elevated distinction. Today, we are thrilled to continue that legacy under the expert guidance of our new Sommelier, Andrew Thomas.

Andrew joins us with over a decade of global industry experience spanning from New Zealand to Napa Valley, where he previously curated high-profile wine experiences for organizations like the Ferrari Club. As a winemaker himself, Andrew brings a deep appreciation for both Old World elegance and New World innovation, making him the perfect custodian for the Fat Ox spirit.

With over 2,000 bottles and 400+ selections, our list features everything from iconic Italian and French vintages to world-class California Cabernets and rare treasures like Screaming Eagle.

STARTING TOMORROW🍝 Summer of Pasta is BACK at Fat Ox!

Join us Sunday through Thursday for a special 4-course menu showcasing the best of the season for $80 per person. Begin with your choice of Antipasti, followed by a mid-course of three pastas for the table to share, featuring two signature selections and one rotating seasonal feature from the Chef. Finish the evening with your choice of Secondi Piatti and a seasonal sorbetto.

An optional wine pairing is available for $45.

FORZA Fat Ox! Fat Ox takes on the Ferrari Challenge North America.

When the pinnacle of Italian dining in Scottsdale hits the track, we do so in style. Fully branded across one of Maranello’s newest thoroughbreds, the Fat Ox x Ferrari 296 driven by Michael Moyes at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, ripped through the third race of the season as part of the Ferrari Challenge North America Coppa Shell-AM series. Big thanks to our friends for making this happen.
