These Salbut are so light and fluffy and crunchy and delicious. Your choice of Cocinita pibil Napolis, turkey Reno, Negro, Carne Asada or mixed vegetables sit on top of the lightest crispies little base. You won’t believe how delicious they are.

At Cantina Los Mayas, Mexican w**e is at the heart of what we do. Proud to have introduced the first all-Mexican w**e list in the United States, we love showcasing the incredible range, character and craftsmanship coming from Mexico’s w**e regions.

This week’s feature: Almaxeniza 2022, a 100% Nebbiolo from Valle de Bernal, Querétaro. Dry, elegant and beautifully structured, with bright acidity, refined tannins and notes of red cherry, dried fruit, florals, earth and spice.

A beautiful example of just how exciting Mexican w**e can be.
