Join us for a special evening celebrating the wines of Hourglass and Mabon. On Friday June 17, we’ll welcome winemakers Tony Biagi and Adrien Halpin for a one-night by-the-glass (and turntable) takeover featuring a selection of wines from two of Napa Valley’s most thoughtful and site-driven projects.

Hourglass Wine Company has earned a reputation for producing some of Calistoga’s most compelling Cabernet Sauvignon, while Mabon showcases a more intimate, exploratory side of the team’s winemaking, focused on balance, freshness, and a deep sense of place. Together, the wines reflect a philosophy rooted in meticulous farming, restrained winemaking, and vineyard expression.

Throughout the evening, we’ll be pouring a curated lineup of Hourglass and Mabon wines by the glass alongside special tasting flights highlighting the breadth of both portfolios.

Tony Biagi, Adrien Halpin, and the Hourglass team will be with us throughout the night pouring wines, sharing stories from the vineyard and cellar, and spinning vinyl as the soundtrack for the evening.

The Dautel family has spent generations shaping the region’s wine culture, helping define a new era of German wine: dry, site-driven, and deeply expressive. Today, Christian Dautel continues that vision with a thoughtful, low-intervention approach that brings clarity and character to every bottle.

For one night only, we’ll be pouring a selection of Dautel wines by the glass alongside curated tasting flights featuring vibrant Riesling, elegant Spätburgunder, and mineral-driven whites from Württemberg’s dramatic limestone and sandstone vineyards.

For one week only, all of our white and sparkling wine programming will feature Chenin Blanc, alongside a special Chenin flight available all week long.

Come explore why Chenin is one of the wine world’s most underrated grapes: bright acid, incredible food-pairing versatility, and a huge range of styles—from razor-sharp and mineral to textured, floral, and sparkling.
