Join us for a special evening celebrating the w**es of Hourglass and Mabon. On Friday June 17, we’ll welcome w**emakers Tony Biagi and Adrien Halpin for a one-night by-the-glass (and turntable) takeover featuring a selection of w**es from two of Napa Valley’s most thoughtful and site-driven projects.
Hourglass W**e Company has earned a reputation for producing some of Calistoga’s most compelling Cabernet Sauvignon, while Mabon showcases a more intimate, exploratory side of the team’s w**emaking, focused on balance, freshness, and a deep sense of place. Together, the w**es reflect a philosophy rooted in meticulous farming, restrained w**emaking, and vineyard expression.
Throughout the evening, we’ll be pouring a curated lineup of Hourglass and Mabon w**es by the glass alongside special tasting flights highlighting the breadth of both portfolios.
Tony Biagi, Adrien Halpin, and the Hourglass team will be with us throughout the night pouring w**es, sharing stories from the vineyard and cellar, and spinning vinyl as the soundtrack for the evening.
