These distinctive selections will be presented by whiskey expert and brand ambassador, Bianca Sterling. Chef Erin has crafted an exceptional seasonal pairing menu to accentuate each selection.
Utah may not be what comes to mind when you think of whiskey, but this award-winning distillery reminds us of Utah’s important part in our country’s whiskey history; Utah cast the all-important 36th vote to end prohibition in 1933! Founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins, High West became Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870. A short 10 years later, High West was crowned Distiller of the Year by Whiskey Advocate.
Today, High West focuses on exceptional core whiskies and an adventurous specialty program featuring unique mash bills and extensive barreling. We’ll feature a combination of both facets, including the 2026 edition of Bourye (higher ABV and 10+ years of aging) and two very limited selections; a Sherry Aged Straight Whiskey and the Single Malt High Country. All of the selections will be available for purchase at the end of the evening! Expect a very fun evening of whiskey and food conversation from both Bianca and Chef Erin.
