San Antonio, we have some news…

After years of pouring everything we had into 1011 Avenue B, River Sun will be closing its doors at this location after tonight.

But here’s the thing. Tonight, the clocks fall back. Which means we have one extra hour. One extra hour of cocktails. One extra hour to say goodbye to this chapter of River Sun.

If you are out tonight, if you are nearby, if you have ever loved this space, come share one more drink with us before we close the door.

This is not a forever goodbye. River Sun is not closing. River Sun is relocating. When we re-open in a new location, you will be the first to know. The sound, the cocktails, the community, we are bringing it all with us.

And for 1011 Avenue B, a new concept is coming, led by friends of our community. We are rooting for them with everything we have and cannot wait to share who they are soon.

But tonight is ours. One more hour. Come hang.

🚪 Open now, closing late

San Antonio, this is one you don’t want to miss ✨

ELENA DIAZ is gracing the River Sun stage this Sunday, October 25th. A vocalist and musician from Houston whose voice has been compared to Karen Carpenter and Rosa Passos. She has shared stages with Shirley Jones, Jon Herington of Steely Dan, and Adam Scone of Sharon Jones and The Sugarman 3. She has performed across the French Riviera, co-written a song featured in a 2022 Cannes-nominated film, and sings in multiple languages. Sunday night, that voice comes to the river.
