Another month of live music is on the calendar for fall! We're welcoming back our favorite local performers, along with a few new faces making their Sternewirth Sessions debut. This month's first-timers include San Antonio multi-instrumentalist Ramón Darío Botello, Austin-based songwriter and guitarist Anthony Thomas Martinez, San Antonio singer-songwriter Nalani Caballero, and singer-songwriter and keyboardist Matt Penrod. Plus, our friend DJ Chacho is back to keep the music going on Sunday afternoons. Join us for a cocktail and catch a live performance at our tavern. We’ll see you there!

We’ve earned our first PIN! We're incredibly proud to share that our hotel bar has been awarded One PIN by , an international recognition celebrating excellence in cocktail-making, hospitality, and the complete bar experience. Sternewirth at is the first bar in San Antonio to receive this distinction, joining an esteemed collection of more than 200 PIN-awarded bars worldwide. This latest announcement recognized just 29 bars across 11 countries, with Sternewirth earning the designation of an “Excellent” cocktail bar. GLENFIDDICH GRAND PRIX DINNER - WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21 | The countdown to the biggest racing weekend in Texas is on! To celebrate this year’s Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, we’re hosting an exclusive dinner party with our friends at Glenfiddich in honor of the distillery's partnership with the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team. The Supper culinary team will be serving a Scottish-inspired dinner, featuring venison tartare, whisky-cured salmon, braised lamb with roasted turnips, and blueberry cheesecake with juniper and rosemary — each paired with a distinctive Glenfiddich expression, including the limited-edition Glenfiddich & Aston Martin Formula One™ Team 16 Year Old. And the excitement starts well before dinner! Friday night brings the week home in style. After afternoon tastings and espresso martinis at Fife & Farro, we’re thrilled to host even more international friends: Svanen of Oslo (No. 15 on Europe’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and No. 32 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025) and Press Club of Washington, D.C. (No. 34 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and two-time Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards Regional Top 10 honoree) take over Sternewirth from 9pm–midnight. And just across Emma’s front drive, Jue Let keeps things going until late in their private karaoke lounges.
