We spent the afternoon sipping on natural w**es from Dominio de las Abejas, located in Valle de Ojos Negros, Baja California.

Salena recently spent an afternoon with w**emaker Mauricio Ruiz, learning about his thoughtful approach to natural w**emaking and his commitment to minimal intervention. From his crisp white, vibrant Naranja (orange w**e) to rosé and expressive tintos, each w**e reflects Mauricio’s intentional, hands-on philosophy.
