We have not one, but two new food items on our menu this year at the Minnesota State Fair that we can't wait for you to try starting tomorrow!

🫒 Antipasto on a Stick: Three skewers with cheese tortellini, Genoa salami, pepperoni, artichokes, olives and mozzarella balls, all marinated in a white wine Italian vinaigrette, served with herbed focaccia bread.

🥐 Croissant Beignet Bites: Baked croissant beignet bites, dusted with powdered sugar and served with a rosemary white wine creamy brie sauce and red wine raspberry jam for dipping.

We highly suggest you try our new Fudge & Fruit if you haven't already. As the Star Tribune reports, it's "a classy dessert and, in true fair form, on a stick." No other way to do it!

As the fair returned from a year off, the Taste team grabbed their masks and ate their way through the first day.

It's only day two of the 2021 State Fair and we're having a blast at Minnesota Wine Country! Yesterday, Jason Kallsen led an enthusiastic toast with samples of Parley Lake Winery Lake View White to boost the spirits of yesterday's rained-in crowd. Remember, whenever there's rain, we've got a roof and plenty of Minnesota wine and Mintahoe food for you to enjoy!
