Eastern Kille spirits are a distillation of the Midwest, Michigan, Grand Rapids and our neighborhood. We are a small batch distillery sitting in Grand Rapids North Monroe industrial district, a place with a long tradition of making things. We chose this area to continue this tradition. We make spirits because we love doing it and we hand bottle everything we make in Grand Rapids because we love be

ing here. Our spirits are crafted from the Great Lakes. There is a motto at Eastern Kille: good h***h made local. Our only goal is that if you try one of our spirits you agree this motto fits.

Memorial Day Weekend always signals the start of summer, so it’s fitting we update our hours as well. Not much change here, but we are adding an hour to every weekday and starting Sunday Brunch an hour later. See below for details. Have a great weekend!

It’s going to be a beautiful day for Brunch in The Backyard. We have our first ever Brunch Live Music (Barley Priest) from 11am-1:30pm.

Come grab a spot by one of our new fire pits and settle in for some good vibes with a Bloody Mary, made just the way you like it, in hand.

It certainly feels like sunshine and warmth is knocking on the doorstep, and we are here for it.

We will be officially opening The Backyard container bar this weekend, which means live music all weekend long plus FREE s’mores for the kiddos Friday & Saturday!

It's official: distillery tours at Eastern Kille launch May 16.
We've been promising this for a while. Worth the wait, we think. You'll walk through every stage of how we make our spirits—mashing through aging—with the people who do the work. Tours wrap with a guided flight in our private tasting room, and you'll get 20% off food and cocktails if you stick around for dinner.

Brunch 10am-3pm (Dining Room is completely reserved, but we will take walk ins for Bar & Patio seating)
