I was introduced to Kingston Creamery’s Smoked Blue Cheese this last weekend and I can’t get enough. I took a trip to Amish Country yesterday for more and hit a few produce stands as well. So today, we will have Blue Cheese BLTs with Lemon Dill Mayo (with fresh dill thanks to my neighbor), Creamy Cucumbers and Fresh Cantaloupe 🍈 🍅 🥒 🧅 🌿 It’s the best time of year!
🍹P.S. I also took some of that produce and threw it in some vodka for some loaded Bloody Marys this Sunday. We will all need a bloody on Sunday after Saturdays Shenanigans I’m sure! 🍹
