Wisconsin Fish Fry, a poem 📝

Tavern lights flicker on a Friday night,
Fish in the fryer, golden and bright.
Cod on the plate with fries crisp and hot,
Slaw on the side and a b**r hits the spot.
Neighbors and strangers all gathered around,
The same tasty tradition in every Wisconsin town.
Simple and perfect, the way that it should be,
A crispy little piece of home for you and me.
