Today, we’re setting the table for Olivia’s last shift.
For the past 5 years, she’s been the walking definition of hospitality- a warm smile, quick wit, and a feeling of ‘home’ that keeps people coming back. There are too many inside jokes and memories to list.
An outlier in this industry- servers only quit the team when they’re moving out of state. Olivia is no exception- off to grad school at UPenn.
You’re gonna kill it babe. Thank you for the laughs, the hustle, keeping us hip (toe shoes?!), hours of conversation, and being our ride or die sister thru and thru.

Here’s to new cities, higher degrees, and friendships that never need closing time.
