Just five days to go until an evening dedicated to Poderi Luigi Einaudi and the w**es of the Langhe.

We’ll begin with Roero Arneis “Donna Ida,” followed by Dogliani and Dogliani Superiore “Vigna Tecc,” and three Barolos: Ludo, Monvigliero, and Bussia.

The w**es will be paired with dishes created for the evening, including tomino wrapped in prosciutto, crispy Carnaroli rice with roasted bone marrow, house-made tajarin with Sonoma rabbit, and Nebbiolo-braised short ribs.

Stefano Mangiarotti will guide the evening, sharing the stories and traditions behind one of Piedmont’s historic estates.
