Holmes Cay. Fiji Single Blended Rum No. 1. Single Origin Edition is a blend of lightly aged molasses-based pot and column still rum from South Pacific Distilleries in Lautoka, Fiji. Holmes Cay founder Eric Kaye, in collaboration with the hosts of the Rumcast podcast, chose this exceptional, unadulterated blend to introduce to US spirits lovers in a 2260-bottle limited edition. This honest rum has no sugar, no color and no other flavors added in distillation or in blending.

Holmes Cay, Reunion Island Agricole Rum No. 2. Single Origin Edition is a traditional unaged rhum agricole from the Distillerie de Savanna of Réunion Island, France. It was distilled on their Savalle copper column still from fresh cane juice and bottled in New York State at 50% ABV. Pure fresh cane juice and column distillation creates the unique flavors of this selection. No sugar, no color and no other flavors are added in the making of this rum.

Holmes Cay, Reunion Island Grand Arome Rum. Single Origin Editions spotlight the amazing diversity of rum flavors in thoughtfully selected younger expressions and blends. Single Origin blends offer trusted sourcing and distinctive tastes, for sipping and creating unforgettable cocktails. A 10- day fermentation and column distillation creates the unique flavors of this selection. No sugar, no color and no other flavors are added in the making of this rum.

Holmes Cay, Reunion Island Rum Traditionel. Single Origin Edition is a molasses rum from the Distillery de Savanna of Réunion Island, a French “department” or state in the Indian Ocean. This beauty was distilled on a stainless steel column still from local cane molasses and was tropically aged for three years in ex-cognac casks. This is the first time that this 3-year expression has been available in the US.

Enegren, Oktoberfest. Enegren Oktoberfest is a traditional Bavarian Märzen style Lager brewed with imported German Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts. These malts give our Oktoberfest a beautiful copper color and a full-bodied, malty-sweet flavor with hints of honey, nuts and caramel. Prost!.

Enegren, Komainu Japanese Rice Lager. Komainu is a Japanese Style Rice Lager. Light, smooth and dry with added body from the flaked rice. The name Komainu, translates to Lion Dog in English, but are the statues of mythical lion-like creatures commonly found in Japanese Shinto shrines. They are considered protectors against evil spirits. Always found in pairs, they are much like our own logo of 2 Noble Lions cheersing and high fiving.

Made with Nelson Cryo + Mosaic Cryo + Strata Hops, Chasmic Absorptions Through Whirlpools Of Disarray is a divinity besmirching 7% ABV. Dry, crisp, disorienting, and a mouthful to say, C.A.T.W.O.D swirls with flavors of Nectarine, Fresh Blueberry, and White Currant.

Ghost Town, NecroCat. We've adopted yet another furry friend; please welcome the freshly deceased Necrocat. This West Coast Pale Ale has been smashed and dragged through the sewer system of nightmares and come on home to us covered in Citra + Mosaic + Simcoe Hops. Necrocat has a rugged 5.9% ABV and a bright and effervescent scent that remits flavors of Meyer Lemon, Raspberry and Pine.

Kern, Just Outstanding. The name says it all. Named after a local mountain bike trail, this India Pale Ale has a large malt character and a huge hop profile. We Dry hop this beer with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to give it that great floral aroma and citrus finish. If you like India Pale Ale you'll find this one Just Outstanding.
