While many sip on tequila and mezcal tomorrow, we invite you to join us for some pulque, their ancient agave ancestor.

Pulque is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermenting of the agave sap. Juerte brings back the historical process of “destilados de pulque,” which dates back to the early days of the Spanish colonial era and distilled spirits in Mexico.

Rather than the traditional milky appearance from fermenting, you get a clear, smooth spirit.
