We’re teaming up with some of our locally owned Downtown Pocatello neighbors for something a little different at our September Second Monday Monthly Pairing.

This month, we’re bringing several downtown businesses together for a unique pairing experience. You’ll enjoy some of what they do best, hear a little about their businesses, and spend an evening celebrating the people and places that make Downtown Pocatello special.

Nine years in Downtown Pocatello.

On September 18, The Yellowstone Restaurant, 313 Whiskey Bar and the Union Taproom celebrate nine years together in the historic Hotel Yellowstone.

We’ve served a lot of dinners, poured a lot of whiskey and beer, hosted a lot of live music, and made more memories than we could possibly count. Most importantly, we’ve had nine years of incredible support from this community.

We’re celebrating all weekend with food and drink specials and two nights of live music.

If these walls could talk, the Hotel Yellowstone would have more than a few stories to tell.

The building has been part of Downtown Pocatello since 1915, and today those same walls are home to The Yellowstone Restaurant, 313 Whiskey Bar, and The Union Taproom and Restaurant.

We each do something a little different, but we share the same building, the same history, and the same belief that places like this are worth preserving and keeping active.

More than 100 years later, people are still walking through these doors. We think that's pretty special.
