Only two days to try the Sweet Squeakers at the Union Taproom.

Tuesday and Wednesday, we’re serving up cheese curds dipped in funnel cake batter and fried until golden. Sweet, salty, cheesy and exactly the kind of thing Fair Food week is known for.

And the Berry Cheesecake Chimichangas are still here too: crispy fried tortillas filled with creamy cheesecake and berries.

Stop in today or Wednesday and give the Sweet Squeakers a try before they’re gone. Then we’ll have something new coming your way.

Our Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos were a hit this weekend, and we’re ready for the next round of Fair Food at the Union Taproom.

Tuesday and Wednesday, we’re bringing out the Sweet Squeakers: cheese curds dipped in funnel cake batter and fried until golden. Sweet, salty, cheesy and just ridiculous enough to belong at the fair.

And the Berry Cheesecake Chimichangas are sticking around too: crispy fried tortillas filled with creamy cheesecake and berries.

Last day for Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos at the Union Taproom.

Crispy cheese curds, pepperoni, Italian sausage, marinara, Parmesan and fresh basil stuffed into three flour tortillas with warm marinara for dipping.

$15 today, then they’re gone.

Berry Cheesecake Chimichangas are also available for $8.

We’re having a little fun with fair food as we celebrate September and head into our 9th year in Downtown Pocatello.

Starting today, the Union Taproom is having a little fun over the next week with our special Fair Food Menu.

Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos. Funnel cake-battered Sweet Squeakers. A Smash Burger on a Maple Ring Donut. Berry Cheesecake Chimichangas.

Some will only be around for a couple of days, so check the schedule and don’t wait too long.

And the timing couldn’t be better. September is our anniversary month, and we’re incredibly grateful to be heading into our 9th year in Downtown Pocatello.

$15 and only here Friday and Saturday.

Fair food is coming to the Union Taproom.

We’re celebrating September, heading into our 9th year in Downtown Pocatello, and decided that was a pretty good excuse to have some fun with the menu.

We’ll be rotating fair-inspired specials over the next two weeks, starting this Friday with our Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos. Then come Sweet Squeakers, the Maple Donut Smash Burger, and Berry Cheesecake Chimichangas all week long.

Not exactly health food. Definitely worth it.
